About Pratibha Tiwari
Founder of Bhumisha Organics and Director of Krushika Naturals Pvt. Ltd.
I am Pratibha Tiwari, I was born in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. I completed my entire education from Chhindwara and passed my degree with first division. I also completed diploma in two subjects. Looking at my work, I have got the opportunity to work with private institutions in many districts and many states. From the very beginning, there was a desire to bring about a new change in the society.
In which thoughts came to mind for the progress of women, children and farmers. Keeping all these things in mind, I established Bhumisha Organic in 2015 and succeeded in realizing the ideas. I have been continuously making a unique effort to bring the talents of women in front of the society.By making poor and middle class farmers directly and indirectly in contact with consumers, they got double the profit in their income and made the sale of their food grains easier. Till now, through my efforts, I have directly connected with more than 2500 farmers and their families. My main goal is to make the food grains/diet produced through organic and traditional methods available to the society. Along with keeping the society healthy and fit through organic food, future generations should also remain healthy by knowing our ancient civilization. To fulfill this objective, I keep contributing 24*7. Bhumisha Organic is working in around 509 villages of Madhya Pradesh and 45 cities across India. To promote women empowerment

* Controlled dehydration of vegetables consists of grading/sorting, washing, peeling/ trimming, size reduction, blanching, chemical treatment, dehydration and packing unit
* Cabbage, cauliflower, mushroom, carrot, roselle calyces, potato, tapioca, sweet potato, chillies, onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric etc. are good for drying
Involves cleaning, trimming, cutting of the ñesh produce and packing the same in unit packages in polyethylene bags or other packagings
Tomato, bean, carrot, brinjal, green chilli, root crops, leafy vegetables, and fruits like orange, lemon, pomegranate, beatroot etc. are good — shelf life up to 2 times, remain fresh and attractive
Various dry and oil-based pickles can be prepared from fruits and vegetables of the region.
Bamboo shoot, lemons, roselle, ginger, garlic, tomato, carrot, local fruits etc. can be pickled.

Our Pilot Projects
Crop Diversification Scheme of MP Government
In this scheme, the target is to do organic farming in 303 hectares in 7 districts (Bhopal, Vidisha, Raisen, Betul, Chhindwara, Neemach, ) of Madhya Pradesh. The main objective of this scheme is to convert paddy and wheat crops into other crops like pulses, oilseeds, medicinal crops, fruits, vegetables etc.
Krashi Kranti-2025, Buyer-Seller Meetup
An agri-meetup and buyer-seller meet is being organized by Bhumisha Organics on february 2025, which will bring together key stakeholders from the agriculture sector.The event aims to bridge the gap between farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and buyers from various industries, creating a platform for sustainable growth and collaboration.
